The factors of this effect are contained in fruits vitamins C and B, fruit acids, essential oils, which are also found in flowers, flavonoids, and especially coloring anthocyanins which adds color flowers and fruits. It acts as an antioxidant, it protects cell membranes from free radicals and slows down the aging process plant cells and human cells.

Essential oils with their aromakomplexom cause mild sweating and release mucus. Even when upset stomach in the home medicine successfully used elderberry tea.
