Sauvignon

Sauvignon - variety comes from France. Slovakia was registered in 1952. The origin of this variety is not fully understood, it is believed that could arise by crossing Cabernet Sauvignon and Gewurztraminer.

Sauvignon is an elegant yellow-green color and a whole range of flavors that may be present in the wine itself, but also in various combinations, which makes this variety a perfect wine chameleon. In Sauvignon you can find tones of nettles, cut grass, vineyard peaches, gooseberries, as well as lychee, and oriental spices.

Sauvignons are the most beautiful fruit, peach-gooseberry. It is a very popular variety for the archiving.
